Model Collaboration Form

We welcome people of all ages, sizes & backgrounds to come model for Love Era – we carry sizes 8 – 24 and want to showcase everyone. No modeling experience necessary, but we do require you come with confidence and the willingness to “show off” for the camera or event that’s being hosted. Models will be reached out to on a case-by-case basis depending on the photo shoot, event, or fashion show we will be having. Models must be 18 years or older or obtain written parental consent to model. Lastly, some modeling gigs are paid (and specified on our model calls) and some are not. Please only fill out the below form if you are open to collaborating regardless of being paid or not!
