AT LOVE ERA, WE ARE HERE FOR THE BRIDE WHO IS READY TO FIND THE BEST WEDDING GOWN EVER.

Because we believe strongly in one-on-one attention and concierge-style service, we are a by-appointment-only bridal shop. During your time with us, you’ll enjoy the entire showroom to yourself, with your chosen entourage by your side, as your expert bridal stylist helps you pull and accessorize a number of looks until you find “the one.” We recommend shopping as soon as 10-12 months from your wedding date. It can take anywhere from 5-7 months to receive your wedding gown & we recommend giving yourself another 2 months for the alterations process. If your wedding is less than 4 months out, we cannot take your appointment unless it is at one of our sample sales. Full payment is due at the time of purchase and most brides are spending between $2500 – $5500 for their full look.

GUIDELINES FOR BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Your Private Bridal Suite
Relax and savor light refreshments in your own private luxury space. Your dedicated stylist will be there to guide you, listen closely, and help you find the one in a truly intimate setting.

Booking Options
option one: Complimentary private appointments are 90-minutes long with an expert bridal stylist. Up to 5 guests allowed.
option two: VIP appointments are $250, 150-minutes long and include a luxe charcuterie board from Grazing Theory, non-alcoholic refreshments and a $100 dress credit when you say yes to the dress during the appointment. Up to 8 guests are allowed. No refunds or reschedules are available for VIP appointments.

Cancellation and no-show fees of $25 apply when cancelling less than 120 hours in advance.

Rescheduling with Ease
We understand life happens. While VIP appointment fees are non-refundable, we’re happy to reschedule your appointment at no cost with at least 120 hours’ notice.

Guest Policy
We invite you to share this moment with up to 5 adult guests. To maintain our calm, curated environment, we kindly ask that no children under 10 years attend appointments. Infants are welcome. Thank you for understanding.

Our Exclusive Collection
We’re proud to carry a selection of exclusive curated designer dresses you won’t find just anywhere. Before your appointment, feel free to explore our online collection and share your favorites with us. Our gowns range from $1,800–$8,500, with most Love Era brides spending $2500 – $5500 for their full wedding day look.

When to Begin Your Search
We recommend starting your dress search about 10–12 months before your wedding to see the latest collections for your season. We are a made-to-order store so please be sure you have at least 5 months prior to your wedding before booking an appointment. In a time crunch? Ask us about rush options — we’ll do our best to make it work. We no longer carry off-the-rack (take home same-day) wedding dresses and will cancel your appointment if your wedding is less than 4 months away.
